TERMS
The Sushi Train website works as follows:
1) The customer selects the product/s and puts in the claim
2) The customer fills in the main information, i.a. name, phone number, email address
3) The customer chooses the time and place of delivery and the method of payment
Delivery time is based on the time the customer chooses in his order. Sushi Train staff try their best to have the customer's order ready at the requested time.
Once payment has taken place on the Sushi Train website, a contract has been concluded between the customer and Sushi Train.
Seller details
The seller is Fusion ehf., id. 650423-2160, Tryggvagatu 13, 101 Reykjavík.
Price
All prices on the menu include 11% value added tax (VAT). Please note that prices on the menu are subject to change without notice, due to incorrect price information or typographical errors.
Payment options
If a product is ordered through the Sushi Train website, the product must be paid for before it is picked up. Payment is made by debit and/or credit card. If a product is ordered by phone or through [email protected], it is possible to negotiate another payment method.
Return deadline and right of refund
It is not possible to return a Sushi train order unless the customer has verifiably received the wrong or damaged product. In other respects, reference is made to the Act on door-to-door and distance sales agreements no. 46/2000 as well as Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003.

Allergies etc.
The seller is not responsible for the consequences of an allergy or intolerance to the contents of the product. The website contains descriptions of the contents of the seller's products. If there is any doubt about the contents of the product, customers are advised to contact Sushi train staff to obtain more information about allergens before consuming the product. If there is any doubt on the part of customers, they are advised to order another item from the Sushi Train menu.
Confidentiality
The seller promises his customers complete confidentiality regarding all information that he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Defense Parliament
Icelandic law shall apply to these business terms, contracts and, as the case may be, offers made by the seller their customers. Disputes regarding the execution of the contract shall be resolved by the seller and the customer by agreement. If no agreement is reached, disputes must be brought before the Reykjavík District Court.
